SHIPPING & HANDLING
Most in stock items ship within 1-2 days from our New Orleans headquarters, but some items may take longer to process. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer to arrive. If expedited shipping is required, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.
We accept the following methods of payment: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and söpö issued gift cards.
Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no exceptions. If you wish to return an item purchased online, you must email us at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Do not send the item back to the manufacturer. Once your return has been received, we will email you a store credit, minus all shipping charges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the item is available for an exchange within 10 days of receiving the item. You will need to ship your item back to 1720 St. Charles Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70130 before we can ship out an item for exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges: gift cards, sale items, perishable items, some bath and body items.
