Söpö Spotlight: Ace & Jig

Since the line launched in 2010, Ace & Jig has garnered craved, international attention on the fashion scene. From Lena Dunham to Katie Holmes, these pieces prove themselves easy to style with a variety of pairings to mix up your look.

At sopo, we love to say that Ace & Jig is an addiction, and it’s true. Once you own a piece, you honestly cannot stop thinking about your next one.

Cary Vaughn and Jenna Wilson are the founders and designers of the line. As mothers, avid travellers, and textile fiends, the duo set out to create an effortless, seasonless collection of garments that gets better with age, and that jives with the global-minded but modern mindset. The result is a truly wearable and timeless fashion collection that is fresh with ample character to keep it recognizable.

Ace & Jig garments are crafted from hand-loomed textiles. The fabrics used are truly unique to the line, with fibers that are hand-dyed and then assembled in India on ancient wooden looms. These looms lend the Ace & Jig fabric its inimitable texture and softness.

The garments are easy to mix, match, and walk out the door. The drop-waist dresses and oversized jumpsuits are keystone pieces built for comfort and daily life while keeping the look unique. The handwoven cotton is a breath of fresh air in the southern climate. That said, we at söpö simply could not pass it up.

Here is a sneak peek of a few of the items are will be carrying in the next few weeks:
