Carnivale Locale: Party like a LOCAL.

Represent the 504 this Mardi Gras for some serious good bead-catching juju.

Nobody understands how to gear up for carnival season like our local creatives. At söpö, we’ve got all their favorite designs so you can properly rep our city. There's an array of options in-store now to convey exactly the kind of NOLA Babe you are, all of them made by one of our people.

1. Swamp Trash:

Feeling a little gritty on Mardi Gras? The ”Swamp Trash" tees are hand-dyed and possibly the coolest new t-shirt line this side of the Mississippi.  We're the first retailer to stock their wares and we are damn proud to be on the crest of that wave.

2. Lionheart Press:

For the girlier gal, Lionheart Press is the golden standard (see what we did there?); the "Lassiez" tee has a feminine drape, yet it's so flashy you won't have to flash a thing.

We also dig her festive koozies, with the truest Carnival truth we ever did see.  Have you ever spent a Mardi Gras outside of Louisiana?  Exactly.

3. Schnell Studio:

We're no stranger to the upper eschelons of design, and neither is Schnell Studios.  Fashion-inspired with a hit of wit, this new local line boasts tees made from her signature prints.  Our favorite:  the long-sleeve "Parade" tee, modeled after the Prada installation in Marfa, Texas.

4. Ellen Macomber:

Top off your look with a purple and gold map of New Orleans, because really who is more 'Nawlins-creative than Ellen Macomber?

We are closed for Mardi Gras from Saturday, 2/6 - Ash Wednesday, 2/10.

Get in here before to get a LOOMED scarf for only $30 with your $100 purchase of regular-priced merchandise. It's our Carnival gift to you.  We love you!
